ABOUT ME AND MY PRACTICE
I have a life long interest and natural ability for healing and in 1987 qualified as a Reflexologist. I was encouraged by positive feedback from clients and from my own observations of the benefits of holistic therapies to train further in a wide variety of techniques. More recently, following three years study, I gained a diploma in Systematic Kinesiology, a powerful diagnostic therapy that gives balance to mind and body and works with each client for their individual needs. I have a strong instinct and intuition of people’s needs and I often combine different therapies in a session.
I have been working at Natural Fitness Centre since 2001 when the centre opened and have always experienced great satisfaction in assisting clients regain and maintain good health. My aim is to treat clients’ individual needs, to give direction and aid better understanding of themselves, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.
So many people have rediscovered a sense of harmony within their bodies – free from their normal every day aches and pains.
