Ian – Life Coach
My personal View
I have had various careers over my working life, which have taught me plenty life lessons. I was an aircraft electrical and instrument technician in the RAF, worked as cabin crew for many years travelling Europe and the World, medical crew for NHS A&E ambulance crew …
I was introduced to life coaching by a friend and realised that I seem to have been coaching my family, friends and colleagues for years! I decided to formalise my ability to coach and gained certificates in coaching, wellness and confidence and I am an associate member of the Association for Coaches. I am fully insured and DBS checked. I have logged well over a hundred hours of one to one coaching. Volunteer my services once a week delivering two workshops and face to face coaching for clients that have alcohol and or drug dependencies. Work with businesses delivering executive coaching, team building, time management and goal planning.

“I visited Ian on several occasions due to anxiety and confidence issues earlier this year. I found him to be both professional and understanding. I found his calm and reassuring nature very helpful indeed, and found myself achieving goals I did not believe possible.”
“Ian has helped me to move on in certain areas of my life, I have a more positive outlook on life and extremely grateful.”

I have achieved what I wanted to, and you have been an integral part of that. I really appreciate your advice and help and the sessions we had have been invaluable. If I hadn’t had the sessions with you, then none of this would have happened. I managed to get myself promoted and now the letting manager for……….

I had a job interview coming up and I felt very anxious, stressed and worried. I visited Ian for one session. I found his advice and help in dealing with my issues fabulous. He put me at ease very quickly and made things clear and helped me put my worries into perspective. I felt more confident, relaxed and better equipped, with some handy tools and techniques to get my nervousness in check prior to the interview… and I got the job!
