In my classes you will be practicing strengthening postures, simple flowing sequences and therapeutic alignment based on Anusara Yoga principles of alignment.

Classes designed to improve the posture; bring extra strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. Relaxation and Meditation help you to calm the mind. Suitable for everyone.
