What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a self-healing system for creating internal and mental harmony. Our Tai Chi classes offer a series of soft and gentle exercises, which strengthen the body and prevent illness. The movements you learn will also help to relieve stress, tension, aches and pains. We offer different classes for beginners, intermediates and experts from our Natural Fitness Centre in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

Tai Chi is often referred to as ‘Stillness in Motion,’ combining outer movement whilst being balanced by the stillness of the mind.

The style of Tai Chi we offer is called ‘Pushing Hands’ we perform slow controlled movements moving effortlessly from one stance to the next. Balance, stability and co-ordination are quickly improved with regular practice.
