Pilates – Pregnancy

This specialist class is taught by an experienced Physiotherapist/Pilates Instructor and new Mum, Tracy Moon.

Gentle toning, stretching and relaxation with a strong emphasis on developing core strength and pelvic floor control during pregnancy and beyond.

From second trimester. Tracy strongly recommends an assessment 1-1 if you are experiencing any problems with your pregnancy.
