About Pilates Improver
When you have learned and understood the Pilates principles you may wish to expand your knowledge and challenge your body to perform more demanding exercises. Increase your core stability and promote greater functional strength and stamina for the whole body. Pilates exercises are ‘layered’ so that you can build up gradually, even if you are working around an injury or imbalance.
Mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. All classes last for 60mins.
