Our Legs, Bums and Tums classes in Eastbourne are ideal for those who want to tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom.

A great fun class which will get you moving towards the body you have always wanted. Easy to follow workout, packed full of strengthening and toning exercises for those areas we don’t always love the most!  (Please wear trainers for this class)
