Our Motivation
We want everyone to experience optimum health and increased vitality. Our balanced approach, knowledge and experience can support you in discovering a safe and natural way to well-being.
Our Purpose
From our unique, seafront setting, home since 2001, we offer a comprehensive range of health enhancing, restorative classes and therapies. Our team of highly qualified, professional staff work with clients at all stages of fitness and life to maximise their health.
We believe in excellent customer service and pride ourselves in being friendly and approachable.
Back care, stress management and pain relief form the basis of our activities. We work with both men and women who wish to add another dimension to their fitness programme or assist them to create a new one with our free health planning service. We support conventional medicine and work with other health professionals where appropriate, within the Eastbourne area.
We have no membership or joining fee!
